Xbox 360 Elite System

Microsoft has introduced a new version of the Xbox 360 and it has a number of impressive modifications from its predecessors.

The Xbox 360 elite system has a few key differences when compared to the Xbox 360 Pro and Core versions. The Elite has the same standard system as its predecessors that users enjoy. What the Xbox 360 Elite System does have is enhanced storage and an improved High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) video output feature.
The Xbox 360 Elite System boasts of a much bigger hard drive with a capacity of 120 gigabytes. This storage space is like breaking free from the chains of limited downloading because with that capacity users can download all movies you like from the Xbox Live Video Marketplace. You can even download and store an entire games library from the Xbox Live Arcade Games.

Its HDMI output is another essential new addition in the Xbox 360 Elite System. The latest technology in video and audio output is designed to deliver an excellent quality of images and sounds straight to your HDTV. With the enhanced HDMI feature, the Xbox 360 Elite System can upscale DVDs, up to 720p/1080i. Using regular component cables on the consoles, you can only get as high as 480p.

The console has a black case and a matte finish. This is a major difference from the Pro or the Core because the Xbox 360 Elite System and its accessories all come in black. It blends well with other Microsoft AV electronic appliances. It is a 100% compatible with the Media Center of MS Windows XP and it has an IBM PowerPC core processor, with a capacity of 3.2 GHz.

The Xbox 360 Elite System has an external game pad that remains connected through wireless technology.  It has an HDMI interface, an AV port, an Ethernet jack, a USB 2.0 ports, and two memory cards expansion slots.

The Xbox 360 Elite System has a price tag of over $300. If you already have an Xbox 360 Pro or Xbox 360 Core, the Elite is not necessary upgrade since the three systems operate on the same standards and do the same operations as far as videogames are concerned. However, if you’re looking for the ultimate gaming experience, then the Xbox 360 Elite System is the perfect recommendation. With high-definition images and sounds, plus, almost unlimited downloading capacities, what else would you ask for in a gaming console?
